Campaigns run through www.voypp.com are subject to these Terms and Conditions, the economic entities being responsible for respecting these rights in accordance with the legislation in force. Advertigo srl is not responsible for the copyright of the materials published by these economic entities in the publication process on www.voypp.com.
2. Disclaimer
The entire responsibility and the warranty for the products/services purchased through the use of the www.voypp.com website belongs to the economic entity that published the information campaign and with the purchase contract was concluded. Advertigo srl is not responsible for any claim of replacement, repair, return of the value of the products / services considered inadequate.

This site is a B2B platform, in order to create a business account it is necessary to enter the contact details of the person who will manage your company account (First and Last Name), the person who will have the delegation consent to do so. All other information requested is related to the business data of the respective company.
If you agree to provide us with your personal data, you may at any time revoke your express agreement to use your data, in which case, in order to benefit from Voypp's services, your company will need to delegate another person. Data processing is done according to the legal provisions until the agreement is revoked.
We use your personal data for general purposes in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f, GDPR, in order to respond to your requests, to process your order or to give you access to information or special offers.
In order to maintain customer relationships, we may also need to store and process your personal data and communicate it, for example to other companies in the Advertigo group or partners, in order to better meet your wishes or to be able to improve the products and services we offer.
Also, the people who will interact with the Voypp platform as a result of accessing the link or QR code / NFC tag, will only be collected the location, if they give their consent, in order to study data analytics. No other data will be collected.

However, we assure you that Advertigo srl takes measures that the data we administer are protected against intentional or accidental manipulation, their loss or destruction or against their use by unauthorized persons. There are no premises for publishing information of a political, religious, discriminatory nature in any way or any other information that infringes on human dignity, Advertigo srl being entitled to delete those accounts as soon as it finds such deviations, without any notice.
6. Information collected automatically, but not personal data
Sometimes, by simply accessing our web pages (not through a registration), certain information is collected automatically, such as: the Internet browser used, the operating system, the name of the web page you entered, the number of entries, the time access environment, pages visited. Advertigo srl uses this information to find out how attractive the website is and to improve its content.
7. Use of the platform by economic entities
The registration of an account is possible only if the economic entity accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use of the platform.
The use of the platform is subject to the economic legislation of the European Union in force.
Creating an account and creating SKUs specific to products and services is free, and does not imply the provision of any free publishing service.
Accounts that did not publish any campaign, are automatically deleted within 3 months of registration, unless something else has been directly agreed between the respective economic entity and Advertigo srl.
Publication services are paid for each active information slot, including the mode of account management (if requested by the economic entity) from Advertigo srl.
Non-payment within the deadline, in the case of the online order or according to the contract signed with Advertigo srl, attracts delay penalties, following that within 15 days from the payment deadline, the account will be deactivated. Within 30 days from the registration of the delay, the account can be closed by Advertigo srl, without any further notice or request.
Ordering NFC tags is optional and production and delivery terms are reported from the time of payment.
The slots will be published only after the corresponding payment has been made, within 24 hours after payment, regardless of whether the materials are loaded on the platform or not.
Advertigo srl is not responsible for the quality of the uploaded materials, and cannot be held responsible for the graphically deficient materials, with spelling errors, without being limited to these deficiencies.
In case of canceling the account of the promotion campaign, the amounts paid will not be returned if this situation is not attributable to Advertigo srl, including the situations of force majeure that make it impossible to operate the platform or by the independent decision of the economic entity.
In the event that the platform is not functional for more than 48 hours for reasons not assignable to the economic entity, not being registered a force majeure situation, Advertigo srl will prolong the campaign with the unavailability period, reprogram the remaining campaign part, or cancel the campaign and return the payment for the unrealized segment, at the request of the economic entity.
Active slot information is stored on the Voypp server. Advertigo srl does not store the history of the slot information nor will it transmit to the customer or another party copies of this information.
8. Right to information
For any question regarding the processing of your personal data you can ask the person in charge of data protection. This will be available to you if you want information, have proposals or complaints. Also, upon request, Advertgo srl will send you in writing, based on the legislation in force, which of your data is in our database.
9. Final provisions
The present agreement of use can be modified only by the written agreement of both parties, into the case of concluding a written contract, otherwise will be respected as they are described.
In case of force majeure, either party is exempted from the realizing of the agreement, being obliged to notify it within 24 hours from its occurrence.
The provisions of this agreement are supplemented by the provisions of the Commercial Code and the Civil Code of Romania. Any dispute will be under the jurisprudence of the Romanian law.
Users outside the territory of Europe, including the countries of the European Union and those outside the EU, can not issue any collateral claims for damages of interest or image, excluding those derived from the normal use of the platform. Advertigo srl will decline any request regarding the image or copyright rights, these being the responsibility of each economic entity using the platform.
By registering the user of the site accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, starting with the moment of saving the configuration. Deleting the account does not cancel the agreement for the period the account was active.
